Who we are

Storm Eye Studios is an indie video game developer located in Phoenix, Arizona. We strive to become the first major game studio in Arizona. SES started as a group of friends with different talents who wanted to come together to make games together back in early 2024. The team participated in a game jam and decided to go further by starting on our first game. Most of the members went to EVO 2024 (pictured) as we took part in our first gaming event. SES eventually revealed Blade of the Yokai in October 2024. The company was formed as an official LLC in February 2025 with 6 members all working on Blade of the Yokai.

A new chapter

Storm Eye Studios is currently working on a platform fighting game called Project Lucario. While it’s still early in development, the team is applying all the lessons learned from Blade of the Yokai for this grand project.
